iPhone 3G and iPhone 2.x.x Instructions for Cydia

In order to use Flixwagon on your iPhone you’ll need a "jailbroken" iPhone that can run 3rd party apps using the Cydia or Installer applications. Details on "jailbroken" iPhones can be found via various sources online.
From your compatible iPhone launch the Cydia application.
Make sure Cydia is up-to-date via the "Changes" tab (more below).
Select the "Sections" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Select the "Multimedia" section.
Scroll to the "Flixwagon" section and tap it (if the section does not appear, please follow the instructions below on "How to make sure that Cydia is up-to-date").
In the upper right corner tap on "Install" and then "Confirm".
Return to home screen and find the Flixwagon icon (you may need to flick through some homescreens).
Tap the Flixwagon icon. The Flixwagon application will launch.
If you already have a Flixwagon user name and password type them to log in. If not, enter your mobile phone number with country code and you’ll be instantly logged-in. Your new user name and password will be sent to you via SMS. You can then edit the login details or restore them by visiting flixwagon.com. Alternatively, if you prefer full registration via our website, you can do so here.

Go to the "Changes" tab
Tap on "Refresh" in the upper left corner.
Wait until the "Updating packages" and "Downloading packages" message disappears.
If an "Upgrade" button appears in the upper right corner, click it and install the suggested updates.
Repeat steps 2-4 until no "Upgrade" button is shown.

From your compatible iPhone launch the Installer 4 application.
Make sure you have "Community Resources" on your installer (more below).
Select the "Categories" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Select the "Multimedia" category.
Tap on the "Flixwagon" package (if the package does not appear, please follow the instructions of "How to install community sources" below).
Tap on "Install" in the upper right corner. You can follow the installation progress by tapping on the "Tasks" tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Return to home screen and find the Flixwagon icon (you may need to flick through some homescreens).
Tap the Flixwagon icon. The Flixwagon application will launch.
If you already have a Flixwagon user name and password type them to log in. If not, enter your mobile phone number with country code and you'll be instantly logged-in. Select Sources in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the refresh arrow on the top left.
Select "Categories" in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to and tap the "Sources" category.
Tap the "Community Sources" package.
Tap on "Install" in the upper right corner. You can follow the installation process by selecting "Tasks" in the tab below.

In Installer go to the 'Sources' tab
tap 'Edit' on the top right
tap 'Add' on the top left. You’ll be prompted to add a new source URL.
In the URL field, enter the following URL: http://m.flixwagon.com/iphone
Tap 'OK'. you’ll see a "Refreshing Sources" progress bar.
Once update is complete, tap the 'Install' tab within Installer
Find and tap the new Flixwagon folder
Tap "Install" on the top right
Tap the red "Install" button
After installation, tap 'Done' on the top right
Press the 'Home' button to return to the home screen. Your iPhone will update the new software. A new Flixwagon icon will then appear on the home screen.
Tap the Flixwagon icon. The Flixwagon application will launch.
If you already have a Flixwagon user name and password type them to log in. If not, enter your mobile phone number with country code and you'll be instantly logged-in. Your new user name and password will be sent to you via SMS. You can then edit the login details or restore them by visiting flixwagon.com. Alternatively, if you prefer full registration via our website, you can do so here
